I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care my mom received at maple cottage Hendersonville during her final days. The staff was not only attentive and compassionate, but they truly went above and beyond to ensure both my mom and our family felt supported. We stood vigil with her for nearly two weeks, and throughout that time, the staff made sure we were well cared for, providing us with comfort and excellent food. During our stay, we had the opportunity to meet many residents and their families. It was heartwarming to hear the wonderful stories and experiences shared by everyone. We visited Maple city at all hours, and at every visit, we saw a clean, warm, and inviting environment. The residents we spoke with all had nothing but positive things to say about their experiences. I highly recommend Maple cottage of Hendersonville to anyone looking for a loving and supportive assisted living center. The kindness, dedication, and quality of care provided by the staff truly made a difference during a challenging time for our family. Thank you, Maple cottage Hendersonville , for making this difficult journey a little easier.
Amazing facility. Great environment. Wonderful owners and employees! If you have a loved one that is in need of an assisted living or retirement facility that caters to your loved ones in a boutique setting, then this is the facility for you and your loved ones!
Maple Cottage transitions Hendersonville is a wonderful place to be! The ED Rachel is wonderful. The owners are wonderful too! The facility smells nice and there’s always something to do! I would recommend this place for anyone!
Jessica, Rachel, and all of the staff are above and beyond helpful and caring. They really went out of their way to make my father's transition to Memory Care easy on him and our family. Highly recommend. -L. Mattingly Update: As a former healthcare facility auditor, Hendersonville Maple Cottages truly is the only place to have your loved one for Memory Care. My dad has been there since October and they go over and beyond to support our family and my Dad. We love that Maple Cottages is small and all of the rooms open into a common area so they can more easily make sure each resident is safe and receive individualized care. We also love that we are able to get to know every single caregiver due to the facility's small size. Every caregiver, the administrator, nurses, activities director always pitch in to do what needs to be done for my Dad and everyone else there. I truly do not know how my family would have been able to care for my Dad without Maple Cottages. They have been a blessing to my family -Leanne Bell Mattingly
This place is AWFUL.
The staff was so compassionate and caring. They went above and beyond the entire time mom was there. Five Stars isn't enough, but all I could give. Our family highly recommends Maple Cottage Memory Care without hesitation.
Because Maple Cottage is family owned, I believe there is a spirit of family at the cottage. Charlotte and Felicia are amazing and know each resident in a personal way so that any change in personality is quickly brought to attention. Everyone there is always smiling and helpful. Mom doesn’t have any significant medical needs but the Miller Group medical team has been on top of any medical issue including vitamins. In spite of Covid mandates, Maple Cottage has managed to keep families in touch. All families were invited to share in their Christmas celebration through live viewing via our computers & phones. Santa was so cute! Memory care is so tough and sad at times yet the Cottage has been able to keep everyone happy and healthy. I thank everyone there for making us feel like we are part of the family! I spoke with the owner of Maple Cottage Assisted Living and he didn't seem to be very adaptable to what I wanted. I did not like how the residents do not have an outside place to go. From the way he acted, the only time they get to go outside is if they're having a visit with a family member. The rooms were kinda small, too, but the staff was right there with them. If you live in Hendersonville, in that area, and you can stop by and take your parents out, it would be my selection. I would like my dad to get more exercise but they don't have any place to really exercise. However, if you're going there every day, it would be perfect. Maple Cottage Assisted Living is very homey, and the residents are very clean, content, and high-functioning, too. They were actually carrying on conversations, they looked really happy, and the staff was super nice. They seemed completely engrossed in everything. They're right there with the patients. It was almost like having a private sitter. The owner said that his son has had a lot of culinary training, so he cooks for them, and they pick up food from nearby restaurants, so that's what they usually eat. However, the hallways were very narrow and short, and there were tables in the living area, so there were no recliners. It was just tight and they needed more room.
