4.2 · 244 reviewsI went to visit a resident there and was greeted well as I entered. I was politely given directions instructing me to register on the kiosk. I had flowers for the resident and needed help preparing them in a vase that I had also bought. Again, I was given helpful directions for where the guest bathroom is where I could add water and food for my flowers. Directions to the resident's room were very clear and simple. I liked having friendly staff to greet me as I entered!
My Grandma stayed at the facility for a brief time during the holidays.I want to say 4 to 6 weeks due to having surgery on her knee, so she needed rehab. Physical therapy was great a lot of hard work, but it was worth it She could not walk when she came into this place, but she walked out of the facilities. The housekeeping staff was friendly cleaned her room every .laundry staff great sweetest lady ever ❤️ activities love the Bing0 she won every time she played if she needs therapy again will Go there...

The staff are more than nurturing and attentive to the needs of the patients and families. You get the opportunity to meet with all departments at the beginning of your loved one’s stay to ensure you can contact them regarding any issues or kudos! They have a wonderful activities program for your loved ones to keep them uplifted during their time at the facility. They serve the residents ice cream daily, and who doesn’t love ice cream lol. The staff are more than nurturing and attentive to the needs of the patients and families. You get the opportunity to meet with all departments at the beginning of your loved one’s stay to ensure you can contact them regarding any issues or kudos! They have a wonderful activities program for your loved ones to keep them uplifted during their time at the facility. They serve the residents ice cream daily, and who doesn’t love ice cream lol. The thing I love most about this place is how much they keep families engaged during their loved ones stay. I would most definitely recommend LCCA of Old Hickory.

This has been a wonderful place for my husband to recuperate after his hospitalization. He had been in another nursing home before and it doesn’t come close to being able to help him regain his strength and get back home like this place. The rooms are so clean and spacious. All of the nurses that my husband had taking care of him were so personable and made my husband feel comfortable being there. The PT was anywhere between 1-3 times a day (something my husband definitely needed). The meals were very good. They have many things going on for the residents while they are there. They include painting, playing trivia games;etc. The staff make sure to check in with you when you visit to be sure all is well. I cannot tell you how comforting it was to know my husband was being so well taken care of.

I want to give a shout-out to Willana, my mother's tech today. She is very sweet and extremely good at what she does! She took the time to chat with mom and I this morning. I suspect she is a treasure! Apr 23:Mom said two really nice & caring young men helped her get to the bathroom early this morning. She just raved and raved about them!
