Treated my grandmother with niceness and cared a lot
I contacted their FAC to inquire, but the receptionist who answered kept cutting me off and wouldn't let me finish speaking. Terrible service
This place needs to be very well regulated. Residents are being terribly neglected. Employees aren't bathing patients as scheduled -skipping baths so that the residents are only bathed ONCE a week. Patients who need assistance getting around the property are being left in the same chair, in rooms all by themselves, all day long, even when their feet are supposed to be elevated part of the day per the attending doctor. They're left alone, immobile, and their feet and ankles are painful and swollen at the end of the day, when an employee finally comes to help them get in bed. Employees throw…
Employees throw sheets over the bed ridden resident's faces and heads when they're changing sheets and scratch their faces when they pull the sheets back off the residents' heads! Employees also tell lies to residents and their families. It doesn't take 7 days to get a resident a pair of compression socks. Whomever owns this facility better start clearing out the inept, abusive staff and hiring more like the few good ones who work there or there's going to be a huge spotlight on them, criminal investigations and a ton of bad press.
The Meadows has truly been a blessing for our family. My brother-in-law has been receiving exceptional care, and we couldn't be more grateful for the dedicated professionals who make this place feel like home. Every staff member here demonstrates an extraordinary level of professionalism, kindness, and expertise, ensuring that residents receive the highest standard of care. What stands out the most is the unwavering dedication of each employee. From the nurses and caregivers to the administrative staff and support teams, everyone works with compassion and commitment, going above and beyond to provide comfort and support. Their attentiveness and genuine concern for the well-being of residents create a warm and welcoming environment. The level of care at The Meadows is remarkable, and we are truly comforted knowing my brother-in-law is in such capable and caring hands. If you're looking for a place where professionalism, dedication, and compassion are at the forefront, The Meadows is an outstanding choice.
I’ve worked at several hospitals and nursing homes. I’ve been here 3 years & im happy to call it my work home. I would be content with my loved one being here. Penny is the best receptionist there could be. Morgan and AJ work well together & the overall level Of care the staff provides is nothing shy of superb.
Lakeshore is one of the most amazing facilities. The patients are well cared for and the staff work very hard to meet the needs of every resident there. I love working the Meadows and the team we have is very supportive of each other and we work together as a family to give each other and our residents the support they need.
The CNAs work as much as they can. Management is not a team player. Instead of helping educate, they reprimand their employees. If you can suck up to management then you’ll do great! Nurses have quite left & right. CNA classes there but not 1 stay because of the pay. Managements ego pushes people out. Even those who have worked for them for at least a year or more. It’s sad.
My Mom has had an amazing recovery and we owe it to the Meadows staff. Excellent care and wonderful people.
