Jordan River Health Campus

I have family in both the Jordan River and the farms. Please don't put your family here, especially the Jordan River. The nursing staff and CNAs are extremely lazy. I recently visited the 3rd shift and was surprised to see only 2 or 3 people on staff. It's hard to get in the doors, and nobody answers the phone. Now, over at the farms, I was in from out of town visiting, so this was a late visit again. I have been in town for about a week. There is an African American young lady who works the night shift and comes in and out of the residence apartments. While things at the farms are better, we can improve by having a few CNA's and/or a nurse on staff. Residents report receiving cold food, and the quality is poor. The facility is aesthetically pleasing, but the staff, especially the medical staff, needs significant improvement. I refuse to say my name for fear of my loved one's safety
