My husband John became a long term care resident at Jefferson Park, White Pine after a 25 day stay at UT Hospital where numerous mistakes were made regarding his care. We, his family, never want to see him as a patient there again. It is the quality of medical oversite and loving care at Jefferson Park that gives him a good life where he will never be hospitalized again. His doctors who are part of the UT medical system, now know he is in the care of Jefferson Park and have nothing but praise for how he is being cared for. We are so grateful to all those at Jefferson Park who take care of…

I am so thankful for the staff… they actually care about their patients and it shows. My Dad told me last night that he knows everyone one and they all love him. Isn’t that exactly what it’s about for nursing home care?!? So blessed!
Changing my review because I now know my worth and have grown enough over the last 6 1/2 years to know i can no longer continue being a people pleaser in order to save face for this vile company. I will NEVER work for this place again, nor ANY place that jeopardizes my physical or mental health for the sake of profit EVER again!!
I want to thank Jefferson park in Dandridge from social worker ladies to the wonderful nurses and staff to smokey mountain nurses Juan and Whitney And April Hall we love you All thank you for being so good to our mom not one complaint do we have you will forever in our hearts ❤️
I can’t say enough about the amazing care my father-in-law received during his stay at Jefferson Park. The staff truly went above and beyond—every interaction showed how much they genuinely cared. It gave our family peace of mind knowing he was in such compassionate and capable hands. We are forever grateful for the love and support shown to him during his time there.
Very rude staff nurses and supervisors on 3 hallway especially Ashlyn, Ashley, Ashton something of that nature. The blonde one with an attitude and Kim. The only nice CNA I found got fired from what I was told from staff, her name was Hannah or Anna not COMPELTELY sure. Absolutely would NOT recommend this place to my worst enemy. They get rid of the good ones and keep the rude ones who don’t do their jobs right for your family.
Don't send your family member there if they have a wound! My mother in law was sent there for a broken hip for rehab. The rehab went great! But, she had a wound that was supposed to be cleaned a specific way according to her surgeon. She was there almost three weeks. In that time she had been walking with assistance due to great PT. However, by the time they released her, she couldn't walk, was incredibly weak and feverish. The next day we had to take her to the emergency room. The surgeon had to reopen the wound and clean it out because it was infected. The culture came back with MRSA infection. It's been a week and she is still in the hospital now with lowered kidney function. We had spoken several times to her nursing team about our concerns. The surgeon had called after his two follow ups after the initial surgery expressing concern about the wound care. We were reassured by the nursing staff, including the head nurse who repeatedly told us "I know how to do my job." Clearly not since they released a very sick woman who deteriorated on their watch. DO NOT send your loved ones here for anything other than PT.
My dad’s health took an unexpected decline and needed hospice care. Jefferson Park Dandridge made a space for him quickly. The nurses provided diligent and kind care for the few hours he was there in his final moments. Our family loved the location, 10 minutes from our home. Thank you for accepting and taking care of our precious boy, John.
