4.8 · 36 reviewsMy husband's father was here for about 16 months. We were very happy with the care he got. At first we were afraid he would ask to go home. He never did. Years ago his sister was a resident here for years. He visited her often. I'm sure he saw she was happy there. The staff is very helpful and attentive. We were so happy we had a nice place for him right here in Kingston. We didn't have to worry about him. Thank you staff for all you did. Mike and Gail Leach
Don't do it
My mother has been a resident for 16 months. She loves it. The entire staff have been wonderful. She loves the food. She has always been an introvert. They have gently led her out of her shell. She looks forward to and participates in almost all of the activities. It has been a blessing, seeing her find such joy at this stage in life.

This place has been my heart and soul for the last ten months as a floor nurse. I have great support from my management team and staff. This place takes excellent care of our residents, and we love them all like they are our very own because they are. It breaks my heart that I am moving away. I would pack them all up with me. I am the activity director here and absolutely love it. I love seeing them smile and happy we love doing hands on activities our favorite is CORN HOLE. Everyone feels like family here and I’m forever grateful to be apart of this family
I've had the opportunity to visit Jamestowne and see the wonderful environment and witness the kind and compassionate treatment the residents receive. My parents are deceased but if either were still living and needed to stay in an assisted living facility I would be very happy for them to enjoy the "home" and family environment at Jamestowne.
I just gotta share that my Mother was there a short time but I have nothing but great things to say about this facility. From the Director James to every nurse and staff that I dealt with, they were as friendly as old friends. I most highly recommend this place.
I recently had the opportunity to be a part of an activity at Jamestowne Assisted Living Facility and the time I spent there was truly special. The residents seem so delighted to be surrounded with an all-around compassionate staff that are willing to go out of their way to ensure quality service and assistance is offered. I can't say enough nice and uplifting things about the staff and the kind and beautiful souls that they attend to.
