I am a recently retired State Surveyor. My mom is here for rehab for the second time in 4 yrs. I am thankful she was able to return to this facility for a second round of rehab. Given my occupation, over the years many people have ask my opinion on where to send their loved ones to for care. I have two facilities that I recommend, always. HCNH is one of the two. Things are not perfect anywhere, all the time, but I hand picked this facility for my mom to come to following heart surgery a few yrs ago and again last week. I am a recently retired State Surveyor. My mom is here for rehab for the second time in 4 yrs. I am thankful she was able to return to this facility for a second round of rehab. Given my occupation, over the years many people have ask my opinion on where to send their loved ones to for care. I have two facilities that I recommend, always. HCNH is one of the two. Things are not perfect anywhere, all the time, but I hand picked this facility for my mom to come to following heart surgery a few yrs ago and again last week. I want to shout out to nurse Sara and her team this weekend. They have been the best. So loving and as we say in the compliance world, "competent." Trust me when I say, I am not an easy person to please when it comes to patient care. This place has my vote!!!!! Dr. Mathai takes care of my mom and our family. He has been amazing. The genuine love and care that he provides is priceless and we are grateful.
This home is the best I have ever been to! I had to move my uncle from another home in Waverly bcs of the lack of care & issues of cleanliness. Let me just say. Humphreys County is FAR SUPERIOR! Not only is it spotlessley clean, but my uncle gets far more one on one attention & they have activities all the time for the residents. I can't recommend them highly enough! Oh and please check prices before placing your loved one. Humphreys County is about the same I price as the other one. I HIGHLY recommend Humphreys County...you will be much happier there.

This is the most wonderful place to stay. The staff is awesome. The rehab staff is beyond good. I have been here for two weeks and there is nothing I can say bad about this facility. The nurses will treat you just like gold just like you are their family. I appreciate each and everyone that assisted me while I was there thank you.
My mother and sister were both patients there before their deaths. I never had a complaint. I would recommend HCNH to everyone!
I love the whole facility,the staff are amazing, especially (Joel)..1 of the C.N.A's that works there.Extremely motivated,very humble,& Always brightens the darkest days.. Keep up the terrific job u guys!!
What a wonderful place..... my 91 year old gramma spent the last 6 months of her life in Humphreys County nursing home and we are so grateful!!!! The staff is amazing.... Kathy, Desirae, Angie, Heather, Debbie, Megan are just a few of the staff that took care of my gramma and our family. In her last days, they would bring trays of snacks and drinks to her room for our family to enjoy. Several would come in on their day off or stop by to check on her even when they worked a different area. The staff treated her like family and since we don't live close by, it was a huge blessing to us. The facility is new (opened summer 2019) and very nice... new floors, paint, large rooms, spacious activity and dining areas, lots of smaller seating areas for private family time, outside courtyards, bright lights, nice lobby, seasonal decorations all make this place feel like home. #thankful
