4.1 · 71 reviewsy’all almost killed my grandfather by letting him rot in his bed with a blood infection for over a week. you people only sent him back to the hospital when his fever hit over 105. i’m shocked y’all haven’t been sued yet, because i’m seeing a lot of people in your reviews with similar experiences. please don’t admit your loved ones here
This evening I was in terrible pain, and I had to wait three hours after the time I was supposed to receive the pain meds my doctor had prescribed. I was beginning to wonder when it is time to dial 911 from a hospital room. Probably this is the result of insufficient staffing.
Helped my granddad they were amazing to him and helped him as much as they could

Its awful here,your loved one will be neglected.they take forever to respond to call lights,they are disorganised,careless,we have complained so much.your loved one may have to lay in their waste,they take forever to take them to the toilet.understaffed.it may as well be run by janitors.theres zero skill Except for their rehabilitation.foods awfull,beds awfull.im not a complainer.i just expect older people to be cared for, this place might seem awsome on the surface but im there every night and its terrible.nightime is the worst.blatant neglect.blatant neglect.i wish they would fire everyone and start fresh with good nurses,good cnas,people with a soul
The employee Laurie is quite amazing
I toured Holston Health And Rehabilitation Center. What I liked best is it's very close to my house. The people were very nice, and all of my family could get there quickly, which is what I wanted. I love the front porch with the rockers, where you can sit out on Sunday afternoons with them and rock in the chairs. The facility was very clean. The room was nice. It was a shared room. They have an activity area. The staff was very nice and they answered all of my questions.
Nursing care is minimal. Poor skin care with bed sores developed. Nursing staffing is short.
This is a wonderful place they are awesome with their residents! They seem to care & treat them with respect
