Hermitage Senior Living

My mother recently moved out of what is now called The Hermitage Tower (formerly part of McKendree Village). After her move-out, rent was still withdrawn from her account without authorization. Despite multiple emails and phone calls, I’ve received no response from management. I’m incredibly disappointed in the lack of communication and accountability. I’ve made every effort to resolve this professionally and privately, but at this point I feel compelled to share our experience so others can be aware. I truly hope the management will do the right thing and make this right soon. We valued our time at the community, but this has unfortunately left a very poor final impression.
