4.3 · 54 reviewsHeritage South Peters is a great assisted living community. My job as a physical therapist has allowed me to go to this facility for over 10+ years now. The staff is knowledgeable, caring, and professional. It's a very friendly and inviting environment if you have a loved one that needs additional care. The staff and residents all get along well together. It feels like one big family. And they are also one of the few places that accept Choices, which is a plus too.
My son who is 45 had a stroke and is paralyzed on his right side. We moved him into Heritage 5 years ago. The Director and staff are great. He has received great care and attention. Mitzi the Director is fantastic. She works extremely hard to make the facility as home like as possible. Several of the Nursing staff have also been there long term. That says a lot about the facility. I am so Blessed and Grateful my son has a great place to live!!
We visited with our youth ministry and the staff and facility was the best. Very clean and very welcoming warm feeling for everyone.

Heritage is clean and has a great family atmosphere! Staff care about residents and go above and beyond! The food is definitely first class too!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Heritage Assisted Living. From the moment you walk in, you can feel how much the staff genuinely cares about every resident. Everyone is kind, patient, and always willing to go the extra mile to make people feel comfortable, respected, and at home. The facility is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The caregivers are attentive, professional, and treat residents like family. Communication with families is excellent, and it's clear that the team truly prioritizes each resident's health, happiness, and dignity. The activities and social events keep residents engaged and create a real sense of community. It's reassuring to know that loved ones are not only receiving great care but are also enjoying meaningful daily experiences. If you're looking for an assisted living community that combines compassionate care, professionalism, and a comfortable environment, I highly recommend Heritage Assisted Living. It's a place where residents are genuinely valued and cared for every single day.
Very welcoming on the first day....everyone seemed happy there as I spoke with several different people in the last few weeks....I hope things go well for my loved one. I'll post updates
