I want to take a moment to recognize Hancock Manor for the wonderful work they do and the care they provide to the residents in our community. I had a wonderful experience at the Hancock Manor Health and Rehab..I wouldn't have had any other way..All the staff was gracious showed Love care and support..I love them..❤️
The staff is very friendly. Courtney Admissions/Social Services is very kind. Donna the nurse is very helpful and accommodating. The staff seem compassionate. Very clean facility.

Staff was Friendly and Nice, Went to See My Aunt, I Seriously think They Need More Help, My Cousin had to Give Her Mom, My Aunt a Shower, She Absolutely Stunk but Other than Needing More Help, I Worked there Many Yrs Ago and So Much has Changed, Its Unreal as to How its Changed, We Took Care of Our Patients and They just Need More Help.
I was in the rehab center for a fractured hip and I was treated great, I was really impressed with all the caregivers
Administration is rude... There is not enough workers to take care of the facility or residents properly...
