Thank you so much to everyone from the Greenhills center for rehab and wellness. The entire staff did their best to make me feel welcome, cared for, supported and encouraged throughout my stay there. Special thanks to Giles, the concierge, and the PT staff for motivating me and keeping me on track with my goals before discharge. The front desk staff and nursing staff were also incredibly kind and cheerful my entire stay. All of my guests and my husband, were welcomed cheerfully. I never saw an angry moment occur the entire time I was there. It’s obvious that this is a place of healing and I…

I really appreciate Green Hills Center. Everyone I met was so nice and I received the best care. Thank you Stevie, Brennon, Steve, Erin. Activities were fun and I even got to throw a pie in Dan’s face! He was a great sport! Amy helped me with adjusting my diet and answered any questions I had. I also appreciate Maureen. She checked in with me regularly and made sure to communicate with my specialist. Thank you for all your help and support. I truly appreciate all of you.

My mother was recently a resident at Green hills center. This is her second admission and both visits have been wonderful. I appreciate the care she was given. Erika first floor unit manager was informative and kept up with all my moms appointments and changes. Stevie was amazing and extremely attentive. He always communicated any changes to me immediately. Therapy department is great and worked with my mom to get her to a higher function and where we needed her to be to return home (Brennon, Callen, and Steve thank you for all your support). The cnas were kind and helpful (Destiny and…

If we ever need this level of care in the future we would definitely return. Thank you also to Emily for regularly checking in on my mom.

My mother was sent here to finishing healing after a nasty fall left her with several injuries. My mom had a great experience. Staff was attentive, food was better than expected, facilities were clean at all times, and care was unmatched. Thank you so much to all the staff for making my mothers stay enjoyable considering the conditions. Would love to give an extra shout out to Alex and Emily. They went the extra mile for patients.

Filthy, all of the staff just sits on their phones, you ask for help and they have an attitude, my father laid in his soiled clothes for 8+ hours before anyone came to even bother to check on him. The lady Noelle at the front desk had a terrible attitude and would gossip and be friendly to anyone that was her friend but was extremely rude to me from the word go

I would give a zero if I could! I want out of here!!!!! First of all they dont give you a chance to bath! The attitudes of most of them is not good! You push the help button and sometimes they NEVER come and check on you! My roommate called the front desk for me! Im thankful that I did not fall and hit my head or having a heart attack! I would have died! There are a few good people but not many! The OaTand PT people seem to be okay. The dietician is very nice!!!!!! I really want out of here!!!!

My father has been a patient at Green Hills Center for Rehabilitation and Healing for several weeks, and unfortunately, our experience has been very concerning. While there have been a few positive interactions, the overall level of care has left our family worried about both his safety and well-being. My father is not mobile and relies completely on staff for his care. On multiple occasions, other patients have wandered into his room unsupervised, walked around, and then left. Seeing patients roaming the halls and entering rooms freely raises serious concerns about resident safety, especially for those who cannot protect themselves or call for help. There have been many times when we have worried about his safety when family members are not present. The quality of care has also been disappointing. There have been times when medications were not administered unless my mother specifically reminded staff. This should never be the responsibility of family members. We trust healthcare professionals to provide the care patients need, and that trust has been shaken. What makes this situation even more concerning is that my father was recently diagnosed with sepsis. Because of his medical condition, our family has been extremely vigilant about his health and the care he receives. My mother personally spoke with both the nurse practitioner and the nursing supervisor to make them aware that he requires closer medical attention and monitoring than the average patient. We wanted to ensure everyone understood the seriousness of his condition and the importance of preventing further complications. Unfortunately, despite these conversations and repeated concerns from our family, we did not see the level of attention or follow-through that his condition required. This lack of urgency and oversight has left us feeling frustrated, disappointed, and deeply concerned for his health and safety. One of the most alarming incidents involved a significant wound on the bottom of my father's foot. Wound care staff came to assess it, but there was little to no follow-up afterward. To make matters worse, he was left in bed with his sock off and his injured foot pressed against the bed. As family members, we could only worry about the risk of infection and the impact this could have on his overall health. When a patient has a history of sepsis and ongoing wound issues, proper monitoring and timely care should be a top priority. To make matters even worse, my father's infection became so severe that my mother felt she had no choice but to take matters into her own hands and call the non-emergency transport line to have him taken to the hospital. As his family, we should not have to coordinate emergency medical care because a rehabilitation facility is failing to provide the level of care he needs. We are hopeful that he will now receive the proper medical attention and treatment necessary for his recovery. When you place a loved one in a rehabilitation facility, you expect them to receive attentive, compassionate, and professional care. Instead, our family has spent much of this time feeling anxious, frustrated, and concerned whenever we are not there. We are deeply disappointed with our experience and concerned not only for my father but for the other residents as well. If you have a loved one at this facility, I strongly encourage you to visit often, ask questions, and closely monitor the care they are receiving. No family should ever have to wonder whether their loved one is receiving the basic care, attention, and medical oversight they deserve.

I gave one star because I wanted to leave a review. My mom was here for a week after leaving the hospital. They took an hour sometimes to give her medicine. She basically had to beg the for showers. No hot water at the sink. They don't have pitchers for water They kept bringing little cup with no ice water looked not so clean, bed hard and uncomfortable. To flush the toliet you have to hold the knob down. Let's move on to food I wouldn't feed that to my dog. The people at the front desk not welcoming at all. Jay is rude. I spoke to Jamie who lied about trying to "fix" everything and Erica lied as well. I pulled my mama out of that place so quickly. IT NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!! FOR THE AREA ITS IN YOU WOULD EXPECT BETTER. VANESSA WAS GREAT AND THE THERAPY PEOPLE WAS SWEET. BUT THATS ITS THATS ALL. Then they gave her a ziploc bag full of medicine to take home with her. I have never had a place send medicine home like that
