The team at this facility are all incredible. They are very caring and passionate about the residents and I greatly appreciate them.
They are great to my Uncle James! He even said if he were to be coming back to another nursing home, it’d be here. They are really good to him!
My sister has just entered Grandview, and yesterday I visited the facility for the first time. Lizzie was a great help to me in locating my sister, who was not in her room, when I arrived. Afterward, Lizzie answered a few questions I had and seemed eager to do something I requested to make my sister more comfortable. Every staff member was friendly and welcoming to me. I am assuming the patients are treated well, also. The atmosphere in the facility is very pleasant.
My mom has just begun her stay at Grandview. Staff seems courteous and friendly. We cannot get her tv service connected but hopefully eventually will.
Need more staff to accommodate patient care. Look very clean. Staff are well informed and pleasant.
The staff was very friendly and they explained everything that was going on upfront. Will check in check out and tell us where our Patricia was. Thank you for being so wonderful today and the girl that brought her food to her was wonderful.. thank you for taking care of her.
The facility is experiencing a Covid breakout. Staff is doing a great job with mask. I would feel better if they told you up front that this was going on.
