Friendly staff. The nurse that works here is very kind.

My father has been well cared for by the residents! The owners are very hands on and make sure they prepare good meals and keep them busy! We have dropped by many times and he seems to enjoy his time here.

Matt and Nikki are great. Very clean facility! Happy residents.

Small business. Very compassionate and caring! Owners are great people!

I liked the fact that it was "cozy". If one is expecting one of the really nice resort- like places, this isn't for them. However if they want some place where you get to know everyone there then this fits the bill. During meal time everyone is in the kitchen getting everything ready which leaves little to no supervision of residents. That and maybe an alarm on the doors would be my only suggestions.

If a friend asked me I'd say it's a lovely, very homey community with friendly residents and staff. As far as additional comments, I'd say that being a smaller facility makes it more closely knit. Everyone knows everyone and the staff is very caring. As a smaller facility, they are able to keep costs down yet provide a very comfortable home for the residents and their visiting family members.

I have been very pleased with this facility. While it is not as fancy as some of the newer facilities it has a small homey feel to it. The staff tries to make the residents comfortable during the transition into the facility. The first day my friend was there they asked if she would like something to eat and she said pizza. They didn't have pizza so made her a sandwich to her liking. The next day one of the staff had stopped and got her a frozen pizza! They have daily activities as well as Sunday service. There is a great screened porch with rocking chairs. I can't speak to the food as I have not eaten there but my friend says it's good and she's actually gained a little needed weight. I recommend anyone thinking about assisted living to check this facility out.

My granny went to fairfield glade assisted living with hopes of her having a great living environment After her getting there we quickly found out otherwise. They had one nurse or assistant taking care of 30 people with no other help there. My granny was cold and dirty very mistreated she had to go to the hospital and they didn't send a nurse with her to help with information they needed and she has dementia then when it came time for her to go back we had to go pick her up and bring her back. Everytime we went to see her she would just cry that they were not treating her well and would beg to come home. The final straw was when we went to see her and she had broke her glasses and nobody even called to lwt us know so we could get her new ones her eyes were so red watery and irritated where she couldn't see and was having to strain to see when we asked for her broken glasses nobody knew where they were at so we could get them fixed she was crying that day too. That was it that was the final straw we took her home a few days after that. I would not recommend this place to anyone her room was always dirty and the trash cans overflowing and smellled like pee. My granny was treated so bad here.they advertise activities they do and they do nothing with them we even offered to volunteer our time to come and play games with. The residents and they would not hear of it . They are so understaffed their staff consisted of one person giving. Baths meds and feeding and keeping an eye on 30 people. Do not send your family here it's a nightmare
