I have a family member in the memory care unit. Very thrilled at last visit to experience her being more verbal, smiling, and more aware of people around her. Such a precious gift! So blessed that she is with staff who are so caring and committed to her quality of life. Thank you Emory Mills.

Emory Mills Assisted Living & Memory Care is such a wonderful community. From the moment you walk in, you can tell how kind and welcoming everyone is. The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and it’s very clear that everyone is genuinely involved and cares so much about the residents. The chef and preset menu are excellent, and they’re happy to make just about anything you want, which really makes it feel like home. The owners are very hands-on and present, you see them there often, and that level of involvement truly shows throughout the entire community. The Activities Director is highly engaged and keeps residents active and connected, and there’s also a gym available for therapy, which is a huge plus. The community is spotless, beautifully maintained, and overall just a lovely place. You can feel the care, pride, and heart in everything they do.

The engagement at this community is intentional and incorporates the resident’s interests. All the staff are friendly and the food is great. I love the resident common areas and outside patios and the views from the top of the hill are amazing. I highly recommend this place for you or your loved one.

This facility has been a God send for our family. The entire facility is top notch and provides the best care for my parent with Alzheimer's. Emory Mills has really improved their life with direct personal and engaged care that is special for all residents but especially memory care patients. This has improved our lives a great deal outside the facility as the care provided allows us to enjoy our time together but when we are away we know they are there to care and continue the family feel . With spa bath, great community of residents, spacious rooms, and on-site physical therapy it's perfect for those that need to leave the facility less. Now I know this is always a big question for anyone going to assisted living. How is the food? I've been in many assisted living and tried the food. I can honestly say that the variety and taste are serving to none in the Knoxville area. Second important question is do they have on-site sitter services available and that a YES. Can also service in home. For those that prefer the extra daily care at home as we did before moving into the facility. I can go on and on but if you need assisted living or memory care you will not go wrong. I entrust these folks with a life that means more than anything in this world and they exceed at that responsibility. With love and care, that's what is most important. They actually care .
