Lori and Brandy are absolutely AMAZING, they go above and beyond with their activities and always make it so easy join and help host something for them! The clinical staff is also amazing! They truly treat each person like family! Rhonda and Beth also always go above and beyond!
My mom was treated like family the whole staff was so kind and caring.
The certain nurses that are letting patient's families buy them very expensive items when they should not be taken and taking stuff from patients families 4 and 500.00 worth of stuff it is not good it's not safe some of the nurses are really good fantastic but some of them take advantage a people some of the nurses turn a blind eye to what is going on in there and what's going on in the parking lot
I’d give zero stars if possible. Cumberland Village appears to be very short staffed. A nurse told me they are so short staffed that the day nurses are giving night shift meds. No one monitored Mom’s eating or drinking and she became severely dehydrated ( per ER doctor) after my brother and I both asked if she was drinking or not, which put her into severe kidney failure. She’s been back in the hospital for nearly a week and not ready for discharge. They advertise getting up for meals, wearing clothes, activities and interactions with others. Nine of these things happened. She was not dressed in clothes, not getting out of bed. There were no activities. She got noticeably weaker while there. There were two televisions in the room and one remote. No headsets as advertised.
I would ask questions before putting a love one In. Some employees and kitchen worker can be rude and untrained on how to take the correct way to treat a love one.
I just came to do Norma Anderson "s hair All the staff was so helpful to direct me to the beautyshop and get Ms Anderson to the shop Everyone was very nice
Cumberland Village is absolutely awesome. Clean facility and attentive staff. Good facilities like this one are few and far between. A+
Physical therapy staff are very good and very helpful. Care staff that I dealt with were very good also. This made for a good healing environment. Only negative was the bed wasn't very comfortable, it was ok, but not great.
