4.2 · 61 reviewsMy grandfather was in this nursing home for a month or two and his health got progressively worse and all they did was lock him in his room and let his get septic shock and when they admitted him to the hospital it was already to late to anything to save him. This place is one of the worst places on the planet and if you actually care about your family DO NOT PUT THEM IN HERE.
This place doesn’t pay their bills!! They won’t give out any phone numbers of anyone in a supervisor position if you have a grievance!! VERY VERY VERY SHADY PLACE!!
This is the best place I’ve been at the CountrySide and the people were being good to me and I’ve been staying out of trouble and I like it here The staff are amazing and I recommend anyone to send their family here and visit me

Our youngest brother was admitted to Countryside on June 13, 2025, and from the minute we arrived he was treated with respect and kindness. The staff is amazing and has been so helpful with everything from keeping us updated on his appointments and his care to how he’s handling day to day life. When we visit they’re always eager to tell us how he’s doing and from the moment we walk in the door they have a smile and a greeting for us. When we walk through the hallway they make a point to stop and speak to us and James! While the facility is older it’s always clean and well maintained. Being an hour away from each other is hard for the family and James but knowing he’s being taken care of by such amazing people makes it easier on all of us! I can’t begin to name all of the wonderful employees for fear of leaving someone out but from the bottom of our hearts we thank each of you for everything ❤️
Why are other employees saying rude things about past employees. The employee that said something isn’t any good anyway! Definitely do not recommend this place. Too much drama if you aren’t in the family you’ll never make it there. They put false accusations on people they don’t like there to get them fired. Anyway NHC Scott sucks too don’t go to anywhere in Lawrenceburg

Countryside is a great rehabilitation facility. The staff is very polite and caring. The rehabilitation team is top-notch and highly skilled. Overall, the facility is clean and comfortable, and the food is great!
