They're not very good w attending their patients and or residents. It's sad that elderly people don't get the care and attention they deserve and need especially when family members don't care enough to come and see them and they have to rely on the so called caring nurses and doctors that have their lives in their hands. The saddest part is that they're only working there for the $$$ and not giving the care they should be w the job they chose to take care of the ones that can't help themselves. Sorry, but it's the truth!! 😥I feel sorry for the patients/residents that so desperately deserve…

I am please with the care my sister is receiving here. She is also under hospice care, and this past week the hospice nurse reported that my sister was being well-cared for. Each time I visit, I leave feeling that my sister is in good hands.
Church Hill provides an amazing service to the Church Hill area and surrounding communities. They have a great team of excellent staff. Especially the new Director of Social Services Darryl Catron who provides top notch care to their residents. He has been very helpful.
I visited the facility this morning. The staff is unbelievably friendly and the facility is very innovative. Their mindset and culture is to never stop improving for the safety and welfare of the patients they care for. The social services director has an abundance acknowledge and definitely goes the extra mile to make sure that patients are taken care of while in the facility and excellent care after. This facility is definitely not the same facility It was five years ago. What a blessing to have them in our community! Two words, quality, and passion!
This facility is the absolute best! I’ve always had the best experience here and all the staff are truly amazing!
This place is horrible. I would not consider putting a loved one in this facility! The staff is rude, they sit around and talk amongst themselves and does not acknowledge the visitors nor the patients. They play on their phone, and when I looked for someone to point me in the right direction no one was able to be found for over 30 minutes. They were all in a room just laughing it up. The rooms are disgusting, the food is disgusting. I took my grandmother some items to make her feel more comfortable and her roommate stole her pillow. She had ants all over her air conditioner. This is not a place to keep a loved one. It needs to be shut down, it’s a sorry excuse for a facility
My mother was here, she was there for rehabilitation and came out with a broken neck, from being left in a wheelchair for hours sedated from just having hip surgery. And not reclined back nor, harnessed. Staff sitting on her bed laughing, while EMS is pulling her from the floor, to a strap. I wouldn't recommend this incompetent unethical place.
Absolutely love the nurse Sarah on the B wing. Love Libby cna also. Only negative is their phone system
