Amber went above and beyond in caring for my Nana at this facility. I can't say enough about the staff! Everyone is respectful and kind to the patients and long-term residents. Thank you to the sweet, hardworking night shift CNA who made my mom feel comfortable when she was admitted last night.We feel at peace with leaving our mom at this facility for rehabilitation and look forward to bringing her home soon!

She takes her job seriously and is always understanding of the residents needs. Bob is not the only one, Angie, Brittany, Alexa and Fran dayshift workers take great care of my dad. Then there is the night shift and they are so caring too. Brittany, Lacey, Jenny and Rachel do a great job. They treat my dad with respect and genuinely care for him. We also have four great nurses. My brother Tony received rehab & at the end of his life’s journey he was under hospice care at the Waters. The nurses, CNAs & every department did a wonderful job! The rooms & facility is very clean. One of the best nursing homes around.
Heather Dowell in wound care took excellent care of our patient. I feel she went above and beyond. Always had a smile on her face and talked so kind to where we understood what was going on. Thanks Heather
I want to give a great review for the waters of Bristol i came here after a leg amputation for rehab first the staff is very friendly and helpful the facility is very clean i really like the food a lot of home cooking every one I see here always asks if I need anything the rehab is the best part i get a lot of assistance and I have got stronger every day I give the rehab staff a 10+ one of the rehab staff J C has worked with me the most and he has been very helpful he listens to my needs and is helping me to reach my goals this is a top notch place and I give all the staff and the facility a 10 on a scale of 1 to 10 also Jessica one of the helpers is one of the great staff who works on the floor im on has always been very helpful
I would definitely bring my family member here!! The staff if wonderful and amazing!!
I want to thank the staff at The Waters for taking such good care of my Mom. At other facilities we’ve worried about her stay but at the Waters we could leave and know she was taken care of ! All the staff were excellent!!!!
