Great place and staff Leann has been super Both my parents are there She has done everything to make them feel welcome as all the staff has done
Grandma has been here for about 6 months and I haven’t had one bad experience. Anytime things weren’t going perfectly, I have been communicated with and we have been able to make it better. I thank each and every one of the staff for being so awesome!

We were so worried that mom would be upset about us putting her in assisted living, but she wasn’t. She was so happy with her new home and everyone couldn’t be more nice. I feel she is well taken care of thank you to Kim and all the staff.
Charter Senior Living of Paris didn't show us the memory care. They showed us everything, but that, and they said that they were keeping that part private. They were allowed to have a dog or a cat. We looked at a couple of different apartments. The rooms were OK. The staff listened very well. They went out of their way to be courteous. They were very nice and took the time. They didn't rush it through. The dining area was nice. Everything looked clean, and there was nothing wrong. They had a library and a movie theater center. They had room for them to go in and do activities to keep them busy.
i am so very happy with this facility. my mom who i reluctantly put here also very happy. the entire staff is always so helpful and smiling. i could not have found a better place for my mom i suggest you take a vivid and see for yourself

Charter Senior Living is a beautiful facility. The staff are always very helpful. Everyone is v ery welcoming. My mother moved in only 2 days ago, and from the start, loves it there! Attached are 2 pictures of the wonderful red carpet welcome Charter gave her. She loved it!
