I enjoyed my guided tour and meeting the employees that make this facility home to the residents. I was introduced to several of the residents and invited in to tour several apartments. I was very impressed with all I saw and the friendliness of both staff and residents.

The food they give to residents are hit and miss and I've never seen so much sugar they feed the residents. This pours fuel to the fire with people that has dementia. Sugar and processed foods are the worst a dementia patient can eat. A couple women in memory care push the food away alot and calls it slop, sad you pay so much and get slop to eat . Someone should report this to the state that over sees nutritional because all that sugar they feed people is not very good for dementia ,sugar just feeds more dementia which is detremental to anyone with that horrible disease , just their social…

Someone should report this to the state that over sees nutritional because all that sugar they feed people is not very good for dementia ,sugar just feeds more dementia which is detremental to anyone with that horrible disease , just their social media page they share proves all the sugar and pounds of it, carriage house reply is they take nutritional serious, doctors would not recommend that either as carriage house claims they do .carriage house need to do research on the diet for dementia on what's good and bad, no wonder residents in there are declining in health This was also kind of stupid reply. About don't recognize being someone related to a resident. You can be a visitor and see this all this ,you don't have to be a relative And the DOM she's not much dont like the truth

I toured one of Carriage House Inn's apartments and I was impressed. I'm on a waiting list. The apartment was very spacious. They have light housekeeping coming in once a week and that's included in $1745. The staff who toured me was very informative and explained things to the fullest. They gave me a big folder with all the information and what's covered and everything. The staff was very good and very professional.

We chose Carriage House Inn for Mom because it was very nice and very clean. The residents were nice, and so was the staff. They're very helpful and very caring. If she doesn't like what they have on the menu she can opt out, and there are other choices as well. She goes to bible study and church. They have a salon, an outdoor area, and an activity room. They have a large living meeting room with a television, and they sometimes have live music.

Very friendly place.

I thought Carriage House Inn was very clean, and everyone there was very nice. It looked very good. They just do not have any openings now, and we need to move fast. Everything was very clean and very nice. The person who gave me the tour was very friendly and informative. The dining area was very clean.

My grandmother has resided at Carriage House for over 4 years. Out family is very grateful for the excellent care she receives.

Although they was a few other options in Bedford county Carriage House Inn was by far the best choice for my family member. The food was great!! Dad was very happy there. The staff was kind and helpful. He didn't participate inn all activities but he liked knowing they were there if he wanted to participate. They helped him with he's medications which was on less thing I had to worry about. They nurses and directors were always very helpful when I had so many questions. I would definitely recommend this facility to my friends.
