I had a wonderful experience with this assisted living facility. The staff is compassionate, attentive, and truly treats residents like family. The environment is clean, welcoming, and well-maintained, which gave me peace of mind knowing my loved one was in a safe space. Communication from the team was consistent and reassuring, and they always took the time to answer questions even when I drove them crazy. We would have stayed with this location, but due to financial reasons, we were unable. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for quality care for their loved one.

Wonderful group of hard workers, very clean pleasant place.
My dad was at Brookdale for 7 months . He passed in Oct 2024. Brookdale staff were so caring and patient with my dad. He went into the hospice program and the staff at Brookdale help my dad and I so very much. They took the time to really care for him .
I toured Brookdale Tullahoma. They showed me the rooms which were nice and the restaurant part which was also nice. The nurses and everyone who worked there told me exactly what they could do and how they could help my wife, and it was excellent. The dining area looked like a regular restaurant, it's very nice.
Staff is friendly and helpful, they work together really well. Common areas are clean and nicely furnished. Monthly newsletters are sent to families with calendar of daily events. The rep that we spoke with initially (Cheryl) was extremely helpful and provided some tips for resources we were unaware of. A little pricey, but very impressed with this facility!
Brookdale Tullahoma seemed like a good place. They're very friendly. They had exactly what I needed. The price was pretty good. The place was nice and clean. They had a common area where they also had activities and things like that. They were good. They have an activity schedule. They have something pretty much every day. They've got an eating portion in the place where you can eat and dine and stuff. The people that were living there seemed to be pretty happy about it. The dining area looked good. I got to see the menu and stuff. They have choices and things.
