4.0 · 44 reviewsI was in Spring for rehab a round June 22, 26 after back surgery. I had an incident where a nurse put me on toilet and then left me there to go do something else. They are supposed to wait outside door to be sure I get back to bed safely. I had many times sitting in my own stuff with them saying have to wait until breakfast was over. Then I had a night tech come in at 3am when I called. I told her I needed to be changed. She SHRUGGED her shoulders and left. I did not get changed until 8:30. I was only in there for 4-5 days. I checked myself out and went home with my husband. I’m 71 yrs old.
Our family will always be grateful for the love and compassion shown to my mother-in-law during the final three weeks of her life. From the moment we walked through the doors at Spring Meadows, every single person made us feel welcomed and cared for. The entire staff at Spring Meadows, from the Director and the front desk receptionist to the nurses, caregivers, and support staff treated my mother-in-law with genuine dignity, kindness, and respect. What impressed us just as much was how they treated all of the residents and even one another. There was a culture of kindness and teamwork throughout the facility that was impossible to miss. We cannot thank this wonderful team enough for everything they did for her and for our family. We wholeheartedly recommend this facility to anyone looking for compassionate and high-quality care.
I had a family member move here and it was a very nice experience for her. The staff is very kind. The food is good and the care is excellent. Would recommend!!!!

Awful place, food is awful, I wouldn't give it to my dog. Abusive handling. Cold damn showers. Fix it. How can you charge these fees with a clear conscience. Should be rated 0.
They are nice and helpful to the residents and their family's.
Our family could not have asked for better care for our loved one than we received at Spring Meadows. The staff is so caring and attentive. The office staff was so helpful with any paperwork we needed help with. Top notch all around.
Have head so much about Spring Meadows. Know it must be a special place. Spoke with the supervisor sorry but I forgot her name. Such a nice lady.
