Hell hole TN APS put my parents in to break them. Rooms were 13x13 with only a curtain over the bathroom. An alarm system went off every time someone entered or exited. Fed only pasta and personal items stolen by cleaning staff. If you wish to torture someone to death, this is the place. If this place has improved, thanks be to God. One of the worst places the State of TN could place Wards of a Guardian who were taken from their 52 year old daughter with durable power of attorney. Thanks be to God if Elder financial exploitation is no longer a common State court endorsed CRIME against our…
