Loved the experience. Great place. It is very clean almost always it smelled freshly sanitized. The staff is very friendly and will go out of their way to assist the family and the resident. The quality was great at the beginning them they changed the entire staff and growing pains were not fun. But the care became better again. The family dinners they would do for the holidays were good but the food the residents would eat sometimes were unappetizing. And they wouldn't listen to the fact my father took his coffee black with two sugars and he didn't eat bread. But every meal he had some type…

But every meal he had some type of bread on his plate. They never offered an alternative meal of a resident didn't like what was served. They didn't push fluids on the residents even after Dr ordered it for my father. It was only done if I was there to make sure. In the beginning they had activities but when they changed the staff there were no more activities. And no more residents going out in the patio area. The cost was affordable. Beautiful facility. I think overall the value is good for the price.

Awesome staff and great care - shout out to Shondra and her staff for being so compassionate and helpful!

Bailey Manor - Fayetteville is much cheaper than all the rest. So that's one of the main reasons we chose them. They are treating my father with respect and love, and he's thriving there, so we're very happy. It's a pleasant experience. It's a beautiful place. My father has dementia, and he says, 'I'm living in a mansion.' He needs help with everything from getting into his wheelchair to getting into bed, and feeding, dressing, and getting to places. He can move himself around with the wheelchair if need be, but he's under supervision, so to speak. They put him under the hospice listing…

They put him under the hospice listing because he needs extra care. The staff are all very sweet to him. They loved him the first day he got there. They treat him like their own grandpa. We are very pleased with how they are, so it's very nice. The cafeteria and eating room are gorgeous. It's got a fireplace. I can't say anything bad about them. I have never seen my father participate in activities, but they have activities every day, and they're able to go outside and see the vegetable gardens. They're never bored. In my book, it's not as expensive as the others, and they provide everything. There isn't anything left out, even the pharmacy is included.

The nursing staff was very nice, but it did seem like they had more aids there. The director was okay, she was young but still very pleasant. The communication could of been a little bit better but overall we had a good experience. Some of the staff members we encountered were outstanding and they worked very well with us regarding the value and room sizes.

As a nurse practitioner I frequently come to Bailey manor visiting my patients. I am always made to feel welcome and the care is exceptional. Everyone's treated like family. And the food is awesome too.

This Facility is a very home like setting. Friendly caring staff that cater to the special needs of the resident. The Director is very professional and addresses any issues that may arise promptly. Bailey Manor was the answer to our prayers and continues to serve our needs. They have an activities director that provides daily entertainment/activities for the residents to enjoy and participate in. I recommend this facility and give the staff a 5 star rating as well as the facility. It is always clean and maintained to the highest standards. The food is just like home and is well prepared and served hot.
