She has been a great advocate for my father and our family the whole step of the way thank you Annette for being the light in a hard and difficult time. The Alexian villiage staff and nurses are great and very helpful it has been a great experience for my father and family.
We chose Acension Living Alexian Village because of the cleanliness of the facility as well as the warm and comfortable décor. This is the first place I've put my mom that has given me complete peace of mind. The amount of caring is phenomenal. I would highly highly recommend this place.
I was extremely pleased with Ascension. The establishment, as well as the patients, were always very clean. I never detected any smells or odors -- and I have a keen sense of smell! They were communicative, helpful, and caring from my first visit until my Mom's death. My mom suffered from dementia, and was in the memory care unit. The staff was awesome, and during her stay there, the patient/staff ratio was such that, in my opinion, she received top notch care. Even though Covid was on the decline while she was there, I had to call ahead to schedule visitation, but was never denied, and I…

Even though Covid was on the decline while she was there, I had to call ahead to schedule visitation, but was never denied, and I could call anytime during the day or night to check on her. I visited a couple of other places before deciding on Ascension, and they all paled miserably in comparison to Ascension. It was just the place I was looking for, and I would highly recommend it. Ascension was exactly what I was looking for.

I would say a 5 stars for all categories. We're very pleased with the care my parents are getting there. The staff are helpful and seem caring. We've had only minor issues and have had all issues worked out quickly. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend them to other families.
We were not very impressed. It was dark and gray and chaotic.
I chose Ascension Living because of the location of the facility and everyone was very friendly and it felt like home, I was very comfortable with it from the get go. The apartment sizes vary based on what you want, they have many choices. I have a 2 bed 2 bathroom and it is great size. It is a wonderful facility and I am very pleased with my choice.
I chose Ascension Living Alexian Village because of the location and it is a catholic oriented facility. The apartment size I have is adequate for my needs, I am satisfied with mine. I would certainly recommend this facility to others looking.
This is an amazing place. My mother has been in independent living for some time and I wish everyone was as lucky as her to experience the lifestyle at Alexian Village. The activities department is wonderful and she is having so much fun. They have all care levels too which is great for me and my family. Great History and Great Place!
