Advanced Health Care of Nashville

Our family had a wonderful experience with Advanced Health Care of Nashville while they cared for my mother. The level of compassion and attention she received truly went above and beyond what we could have hoped for. The nurses, techs, physical therapist, doctors and everyone we came in contact with treated her with such kindness and respect, and it meant so much to our family during a difficult time. The facility itself was always clean, comfortable, and welcoming . I can't stay enough good things about our experience and care they provided- we are incredibly grateful.

An absolutely wonderful experience for rehabilitation. Advanced Healthcare of Nashville was recommended by my hospital case manager at St Thomas after my hip revision surgery. I arrived just able to stand and pivot and left able to walk. The PT/OT team was top-notch, tailoring my therapy to my specific goals. Special acknowledgment to Ceci, Mona, Sierra, Leah, Peter and Tyler. You all made me feel safe, supported and motivated every day. The facility itself has private rooms, cleaned each day by most friendly of ladies. While the techs who are the back bone of the operation are changing sheets, ensuring you have clean towels/gowns, always bringing fresh water and a host of 100 other tasks while giving progress encouragement along the way. The meals are very good and the chefs will do their very best to accommodate any special request. They have numerous congregating areas to allow for conversation and games/puzzles. Personally I enjoyed their outdoor patio and gardens. Collectively the staff seem happy to be there and it shows. I would highly recommend them.

I went to Advanced Health Care for rehab after my knee replacement surgery and found excellent service from staff and Physical Therapists. I highly recommend Advanced Health Care for all rehablitations.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful the care and facility were during my five-week rehabilitation following ruptured patella tendon replacement surgery. I felt at home—comfortable in a beautifully decorated private room, never in pain, and able to move freely in my wheelchair to the dining room, activities, and outdoor spaces. The facility feels more like a hotel than a hospital, with tall ceilings, chandeliers, and inviting common areas. The CNAs—especially Aubrey and Trinity—were exceptional, and CeCe in physical therapy was outstanding. Activities were fun and uplifting (yes, even wheelchair pickleball!). The courtyard with gazebos, tables and chairs, putting green, and large saltwater fish tank added to the experience. Trains were continually passing by but I got used to it. Transportation to follow-up appointments was seamless, and being able to have my pet visit meant so much. The only reason I would not give a full five stars is the food and a few minor issues. Meals lacked variety, were sometimes cold, and occasionally disappointing, though a few dishes were excellent. The walls are thin, which made restful sleep difficult at times, and the recliner in my room was too low for safe use. Laundry service was convenient, but I did receive a few items that were not mine. Overall, I highly recommend Advanced Healthcare of Nashville. The kindness, positivity, and dedication of the staff made a lasting impression and truly supported my recovery.
